Overcome your fear of Public Speaking

If you have a fear of Public Speaking then I can help you.  I will use a combination of Advanced Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

The outcome will be a calmer, more relaxed and confident you whenever you are required for public speaking.

The fear of public speaking is something that you will have learned through a previous negative life experience.  For example, this may have been through an early experience when you were asked to stand up and speak in front of the class at school.  The unconscious mind will take note of that fear, and then recall this fear when you are in a similar situation.  In some cases the person has been a confident public speaker for years, and then they become fearful.  Usually this will come about after they have had a negative experience.

Whatever the case, I can help you overcome the fear of public speaking.  By using a combination of advanced hypnosis, NLP, and CBT I can help you retrain both the conscious and unconscious parts of your mind.  This will set aside anxieties and limiting beliefs and create new self-beliefs, which will enable you to remain confident and calm whenever you are required to speak in public.
